Food

From the central courtyard, you enter the restaurant, which comprises kitchens, a small American bar, and a large dining room. The central fireplace and exposed stone walls blend harmoniously with the furnishings and the attention to detail typical of rural tradition.

Food becomes part of the atmosphere of the stay: slow breakfasts in the morning light, herbal infusions in the afternoon, and the simple pleasure of eating seasonally, locally and without hurry.

Reserve your tasting evening and discover the flavors, stories and atmosphere of Southern Italy

Throughout the year, the masseria hosts tasting dinners, convivial shared tables, small private events and personal celebrations — anniversaries, communions. Each experience is designed to feel warm, simple and memorable, closer to being welcomed in a country home than in a traditional restaurant.

For guests staying a minimum of two nights, it is possible to reserve a slow degustation early dinner, prepared with seasonal local ingredients and designed as a quiet journey through seasonal ingredients, traditions and the generous simplicity of regional cuisine. Menus change naturally with the seasons and may include vegetables handmade preparations, local cheeses, and countryside-inspired dishes that celebrate diversity of taste and texture.
At the masseria, hospitality is experienced not only through spaces and nature, but also through flavors, aromas and the quiet rituals shared around the table.

The dinners are intentionally intimate and available only upon reservation.

“As a vegetarian, I often expect to adapt while travelling — but here I discovered how naturally rich and satisfying Southern Italian rural cuisine can be. One evening we had orecchette con cime di rapa, local olive oil and crunchy toasted breadcrumbs, so simple and yet unforgettable. I left inspired by the beauty hidden inside simplicity.”

CHRIS, SLOVENIA

“One of my favorite memories was coming back from a long hike just before sunset… Someone handed us an ice-cold beer while the hosts slowly prepared the grill outside among the olive trees. The sky changes color, the aroma of grilled meat, quiet conversations all around me. The kind of evening you wish could last longer.”
